1. Introduction

Welcome to The Beauty Studio By Becky ("we," "us," or "our"). By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our aim is to provide a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for every client.

2. Bookings

Bookings are automatically confirmed upon scheduling. However, we reserve the right to decline any appointment request at our discretion if it does not fit our policies. A percentage booking fee is required to secure each appointment.

3. Deposits and Payments

A deposit will be collected at the time of booking. This amount counts toward the total service cost. Payment of the remaining balance is due before the appointment. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, bank transfer, and other agreed-upon methods.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you do not provide sufficient notice, you may lose your deposit or be charged the full service fee. We appreciate your understanding in helping us manage our time efficiently.

5. Refunds and Corrections

Deposits will be refunded only if the cancellation meets the policy requirement of 48 hours’ notice. No refunds are provided for completed treatments. If there is an issue believed to be our fault, we may offer a corrective treatment upon review.

6. Consultations, Skin and Patch Tests

Certain services require a consultation form or patch test before your appointment. Clients are responsible for checking these requirements and completing tests/forms as necessary. Failure to complete may result in appointment refusal.

7. Client Responsibilities

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may be canceled or charged in full. Remove all natural nail polish before nail or pedicure treatments and bring open-toe shoes if needed. For facial or lash treatments, arrive with clean skin and lashes free of makeup. If you have existing products from another salon, please contact us beforehand.

8. Health and Safety

Do not attend if you have a cold, contagious sickness, or any condition that could risk cross-infection. We are not insured for minors during lash treatments, and the space is very small. With prior approval, well-behaved minors who can care for themselves may attend.

9. Data Protection

We only collect and use personal data to process and manage appointments. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if policies are not respected or if we believe it is in the client’s or our best interest. We strive to maintain a comfortable and professional environment for everyone.
